I am a researcher and educator specializing in underrepresented racial minority entrepreneurship, resource acquisition, and scholarly impact. My work aims to address systemic barriers in entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Previously, I earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration at Iowa State University, focusing on entrepreneurship. I also hold an MBA and a BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
